Thermogenic Soup Recipe

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp olive oil

3 cups low sodium beef broth

1 cup water

1 whole green pepper chopped

1 whole red pepper chopped

1 cup mushrooms, sliced

1 cup celery, chopped

3 green onions, sliced

1 tsp minced garlic

1/2 head chopped cabbage

2 dashes cayenne pepper pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

1. Heat Dutch oven over high heat. Add olive oil and cabbage. Add broth and water to Dutch oven, cover and bring to a boil. Add vegetables, reduce heat and simmer 10-15 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add green onions and simmer for another minute. Serve.
